Established in March 2017 with a registered capital of 50 million RMB and approximately 50 employees, the company has consistently focused on the development and sales of new materials. Initially, it briefly engaged in refined oil sales before shifting its focus to the new energy battery and high-power graphite electrode sectors in 2018, achieving outstanding performance. By the end of 2024, the company further expanded into the thermal management materials sector by developing new materials for heat dissipation. Leveraging the opportunity to sell high-end graphene products abroad, it collaborated with experts in related fields to create innovative thermal management materials, thereby opening up new business segments.  Currently, the company's "Graphene High Thermal Conductivity Gasket" and 6061 series "Graphene High Thermal Conductivity Aluminum Alloy" have received experimental certification from a key organization. The company holds "first-tier agency rights" for needle coke imported from Japan and South Korea, as well as "first-tier agency rights" for high-end few-layer graphene from Japan. It has also established a "Thermal Management Materials Product Exhibition Hall" in Lüquan District, Shijiazhuang, where it professionally displays industry-leading high thermal conductivity materials such as graphene thermal pads, graphene high thermal conductivity aluminum, and diamond-based composites.
       The company has established wholly-owned independent subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hainan, Shanxi, and other locations.


History

2017

The company is established and operates the refined oil business.

2018

Since April, we have been engaged in the import of needle coke business, with products mainly from Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom and other production areas. Our main customers include BTR, the world's largest negative electrode manufacturer, Kaifeng Carbon, a globally renowned brand of graphite electrodes, as well as well-known graphite electrode enterprises such as Fangda Carbon and Jilin Carbon.

2024

In June, the company collaborated with a well-known university in China to develop a powder metallurgy production process for "graphene high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy". At present, it has been verified through experiments.

2025

The company has entered the "thermal management materials" product track and supplied "graphene high thermal conductivity gasket" and "graphene high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy" to a certain enterprise of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, which has been verified in practice. During this period, the company collaborated with a special carbon enterprise and a material science college of a 985 university to successfully develop a "high thermal conductivity and high Han value phase change material thermal storage module", providing reliable heat absorbing cores for the thermal storage cold plate series products.

Future

The company will continue to pay attention to advanced materials with high thermal conductivity in the field of "thermal management materials" and make greater contributions to the demand in the "heat dissipation field".
